2009 Duck Dash 5K Race Makes a Splash!

The Advocates 5th Annual 5K Duck Dash was held on May 16, 2009. Always held the morning of the Duck Derby, the race took place at 8:00 a.m. at the Cartersville Soccer Complex. Over 200 people came out and showed their support of Advocates by running, walking, or in Quacky’s case waddling, the 5K course.

All entrants received a T-shirt with the 2009 Duck Dash logo and were treated to post-race refreshments at the Finish Line. We had over 225 runners, and hope for even more next year!
